New Web Updates and Bug Fixes 7-15-2022
1) FEATURE UPDATE – When a user creates a new follow up task, 5 points is now added to contact score so it works the same as when Reminders worked. User must leave screen and come back in order for points to update in live iOS apps. This will be fixed in the next mobile version 7.0.3.
2) FEATURE UPDATE – RF Admin can now change the “Account Holder” for an account from the new “Account Holder” field on Account page, by choosing from the list of non-USER role users in drop down. Field is required only after the first choice has been made following account creation
3) FEATURE UPDATE – “Trial Premium” and “Promo Premium” statuses have been removed from User Type field for Users tables, Advanced Search of Users module and Broadcasts sent to Users. “Trial Status” column has been added to Account Users table and to Advanced Search in Account Users table and when filtering for User Broadcasts. So far, “Trial Status” and “Campaign Status” have been separated from User Type and when complete, the 4 different statuses will be “Trial Status”, “Payment Status”, “User Access Level”, “Campaign Status”
4) FEATURE UPDATE – For Campaign stats, “Total Emails” has been changed to “Contacts Opted-in” and “Total Contacts” to “Assigned Contacts” so the numbers shown are clear and more useful
5) BUG FIX – Contacts can now save user business card as a contact even when there are special characters or spaces in user’s name
New Android Mobile Updates and Bug Fixes Version 7.0.2 7-13-2022
1) BUG FIX – Android – When sharing event invite via email, Subject and Body Formatted message are no longer flip flopped
2) BUG FIX – Android – New labels can now be added with no issues for contact from Contact details screen
New iOS Mobile Updates and Bug Fixes Version 7.0.1/7.0.2 7-12-2022
1) FEATURE UPDATE – iOS – Message now shows when there are no steps added for Contact Journey
2) BUG FIX – iOS – Primary offset branding color FIX
3) BUG FIX – iOS – Tasks added for the same day with no time chosen are no longer sometimes showing as Past Due
4) BUG FIX – iOS – Spaces in image file name are now automatically removed so it does not cause image display issues in certain social media apps
5) BUG FIX – iOS Version 7.0.2 – Some accounts no longer have a delay when selecting and deselecting resources for sharing
